Curious and hardworking, I have a background in nonprofit management, fundraising, community engagement, PR/marketing, grant writing and editing. I am passionate about engaging with foundations and agencies to identify appropriate funding opportunities. I love the process of identifying an organizational need and developing that idea into a full proposal, including budget, logic model, project narrative, biographical sketch and any other necessary steps. I have experience with grants management, including program evaluation and budget auditing.
Since 2010, I’ve helped nonprofits raise more than $10 million in charitable, corporate, and government funding in the areas of arts and culture, education, agriculture, workforce development, and health and human services. I have supported a range of organizations in creating fundraising plans, devising communications strategies, and developing winning grant proposals.
I hold a Masters of Public Affairs and a Bachelors of Journalism from The University of Missouri-Columbia. A Cleveland native, I live in the Chagrin Valley with my husband, three young children, and sweet black lab mutt.
